Our story begins in 2016, when we, sisters, Cori and Jen, turned our dreams, goals and family friendship into a business relationship and opened Burning Mountain Bakery and Deli on Mail St. in the historic downtown of New Castle. We were voted as a Local's Choice Award Winner, and this original business quickly won the hearts and appetites of the local townspeople and surrounding communities by fulfilling the diverse needs of the local area. The bakery's superior delights and 'taste-bomb' menu items quickly made it a neighborhood fixture. After an amazing year in New Castle we were unable to renew our lease.
Today, we are now located in Silt, Colorado.
